Cucumber Cobbler
Crisp, bright, and surprisingly punchy, this cocktail may soon be embarking on a world tour! It's an original recipe developed by Tony Abou-Ganim and it's in contention to be featured on Royal Caribbean's new Legends of the Sea ship debuting Summer 2026. This state-of-the-art $2.7 billion ship will need best-in-class cocktails to match, and no one in the industry does it better than Tony. We're very excited to share this sneak peek!
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 1 ½ oz gin
- 2 oz fresh green apple-cucumber juice *
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
*Core & chop 3 green apples & 1 peeled cucumber. (Juicer option: process directly.)
Blender: Add produce & 2-4 tbsp water; blend until smooth.
Strain through cheesecloth; squeeze/press for maximum juice. Add a splash of lemon juice to preserve color.
Yield: 8 oz (enough for 3 cocktails)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain in an ice filled glass
