Dempsey Cocktail

Buck up! Absinthe and grenadine and gin combine for a delightfully potent sipper.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Real Grenadine
• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz apple brandy
• 2 dashes absinthe

Instructions:

• Shake all with ice for 10 seconds
• Strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish
