Created by Alex Maynard at Starline Social Club, this smoky mezcal cocktail balances the agave's earthy character with tart grapefruit and lime juice. Warming cinnamon syrup and a pinch of salt enhance the drink's complexity, creating a bold yet refreshing sipper with Mexican soul.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Cinnamon Syrup
  
• 2 oz mezcal
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 1 pinch salt

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass
