Espresso Martiki
The Espresso Martini heads to the tropics for this wonderful riff. This recipe was pioneered in 2019 by Martin Hudak at Maybe Sammy in Sydney, Australia. You'll be surprised at how well these flavors come together!
This was the first cocktail we made after receiving Bartender's Blend Coffee.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup

1½ oz pineapple rum
- ½ oz coffee liqueur (we like Mr. Black)
- 1 oz espresso coffee (fresh & hot, we used Bartender's Blend)
- 1 oz pineapple juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with coffee beans
