Field of Dreams

This sophisticated cocktail showcases the botanical richness of gin with Aperol's bright aperitivo notes and Suze's distinctive gentian bitterness. Pacific Strawberry Syrup weaves in just the right touch of sweetness, creating a deliciously balanced cocktail. This cocktail was a finalist in our 2025 Liber Games.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 2 oz Botanist Gin
• ½ oz Aperol
• ½ oz Suze
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz egg white
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a glass and garnish
