Gingerbread Cocktail

A cookie in a cup! With Fiery Ginger Syrup, rum, allspice dram, and molasses, this highball is full of the flavors of your favorite holiday cookie. 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 1½ oz aged rum
  • ¼ oz allspice dram
  • ¼ oz molasses
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • soda water

Instructions:

  • Add add ingredients except soda water to a highball glass filled with ice
  • Top with soda water and stir.

Garnish:

  • Lemon wheel spiked with whole cloves
