Golden Beautiful

Thomas Waugh's tiki-inspired sour pairs aged tequila with bitter Campari and tropical passion fruit, softened by Madagascar vanilla syrup. Lime juice and a splash of soda create brightness and lift, balancing richness with refreshing acidity.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
• ¼ oz Passionfruit Syrup
• 2 oz aged reposado tequila
• ¼ oz Campari
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 2-3 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and short shake
• Strain over ice and top with club soda
