Hemingway Daiquiri

A great author inspires an even better cocktail. Our recipe for the daiquiri variation by the famous Cuban bar, El Floridita.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 2 oz light rum
• ¾ oz lime juice
• ¼ oz maraschino liqueur

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass
