Hemingway in Jerez
It seems plausible that he visited the south of Spain, no? This delicious sour is mostly rum and grapefruit cordial, with small accents from funky maraschino and oxidized sherry. Delicious.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 1 ½ oz light rum
- ¼ oz maraschino liqueur
- ¼ oz amontillado sherry
- ¾ oz lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
