Hill Country Highball

This crisp, floral vodka highball is an absolute crowd-pleaser. Elderflower, mint, and Lemon Lavender Cordial combine for an irresistibly bright and aromatic profile.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
• 2 oz vodka
• ½ oz elderflower liqueur
• 4-6 leaves fresh mint
• club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake hard for 20 seconds to break up the mint
• Double strain into a highball glass over crushed ice
  
• Top with club soda
