Shishi Sour
This savory sour with an unexpected kick of heat from shishito pepper is balanced by bright yuzu, fresh lime juice, and smooth vodka for a well-rounded sip. Crowned with a torched shishito pepper, this cocktails brings a fragrant, roasty aroma to every sip.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 shishito pepper, sliced in half
Instructions:
- Muddle the shishito pepper and syrup in a shaker tin
- Add the rest of the ingredients and ice
- Shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass
