Ida Red
We're plumb fools for the combination of Aperol, chocolate and raspberry.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- ½ oz Aperol
- 1½ oz rye
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 3 dashes chocolate bitters
Instructions:
- Add add ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker
- Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds
- Strain over crushed into a chilled glass
