Irish Breakfast Stout
Created by The Educated Barfly and Bryan Tetorakis. This rich creation blends Irish whiskey and Guinness with coffee liqueur and cold-brew concentrate, while cinnamon syrup and cacao cream add warming spice and velvety indulgence to every sip.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 ½ oz stout (Guinness recommended)
- 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
- ½ oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz cold-brew concentrate
- ¼ oz cacao cream (4 oz heavy cream and ¼ oz creme de cacao)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except the stout and cream, to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for for 10 seconds
- Strain over ice and top with stout
- Layer cream on top
- Cacao cream: Add 4 oz. heavy cream, ¼ oz. crème de cacao, and a pinch of sea salt to a shaker. Shake until the whipped cream can hold its shape.
