Jet Pilot
A powerhouse tiki cocktail built on three rums - overproof Jamaican, overproof demerara, and gold - creating serious tropical firepower. Tart grapefruit and lime juice balance the rum's intensity, while cinnamon syrup, falernum, absinthe, and Angostura bitters add complex layers of spice and intrigue to this classic Don the Beachcomber creation.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 oz overproof Jamaican rum
- ¾ oz overproof demerara rum
- ¾ oz gold rum
- ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz falernum
- 1 dash absinthe
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Pour all contents into a glass
