This mocktail was made by our friend @zeroprooflove. She says "an original creation that hits all the right notes for fall. In fact, I’m calling it now, this would be a fabulous Thanksgiving drink! Puckery pomegranate and lime with Fiery Ginger combine with the botanicals of Bright, an alcohol-free distilled spirit. The aroma from the rosemary sprig works perfectly with the other flavors and it’s there for more than show, so don’t skip it for the full effect. The garnish of bright pomegranate seeds glisten like rubies."
Ingredients:

¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Optimist Botanicals Bright
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- 2-3 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except sparkling water to a shaker tin with ice
- Short shake for 3 seconds and strain into a glass with ice
- Top with club soda
