A super fresh take on the whiskey sour. Cooling cucumber and mint make this cocktail the perfect refresher on a hot summer day. 

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 3 slices of cucumber
  • fresh mint

    Instructions:

    • Muddle cucumber and 3-5 mint leaves with the syrup in a cocktail shaker
    • Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
    • Strain into a chilled rocks glass
    • garnish with fresh mint and cucumber slices
