La Florida

This aromatized and fortified Daiquiri riff is from El Floridita, which has held the same location in downtown Havana since 1817.

Ingredients:

• barspoon Real Grenadine
• 1 oz white rum
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz sweet vermouth
  
• ¼ oz white crème de cacao
  
• barspoon orange liqueur
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe
