Le Toast Légendaire

From Shaker of Spirits, a sparkling riff on the Sazerac that swaps tradition for elegance. Rye, Herbsaint, and Peychaud's bitters meet vanilla sweetness, crowned with Champagne for an aromatic, effervescent lift.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
• ½ oz rye whiskey
• ¼ oz Herbsaint
• ½ oz Peychaud’s bitters
• 4 oz sparkling wine

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients minus sparkling wine to a mixing glass
• Add ice and stir until chilled
• Strain into a chilled glass and top with sparkling wine
