Lost Lanai
A dual-rum cocktail that combines the best of both white and gold rums with bright pineapple and lime. Cinnamon spice and complex bitters elevate this tropical drink beyond the ordinary, creating a sophisticated island escape.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz gold rum
- ¾ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except Peychaud's bitters, to a shaker tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass and top with Peychaud's bitters
