Mezcal Mule

A spirited and tropical take on a beloved classic, designed to refresh and intrigue the palate. The smoky depth of mezcal is lifted by vibrant passionfruit and zesty lime, creating a perfectly balanced and invigorating sip.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
  
• 1 ½ oz mezcal
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 3-4 oz ginger beer

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, minus ginger beer, to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain over iced and top with ginger beer
