Mint Julep


Beat the heat with this Southern classic.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Muddle 5-10 mint leaves with gum syrup in a julep cup
  • Fill with crushed ice and add bourbon
  • Stir until cold and frosty, then top with more crushed ice
  • Smack a mint spring between your hands to express its oils, then garnish
