Non-Alc Fig Jam

The flavor is in the name! It’s a robust, mildly sweet, oakey fig jam in a glass, and the hit of acid from the balsamic is incredible! Perfect for a cozy fall evening. Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
• 2 oz Lyre's American Malt
• ½ oz Lyre's Orange Sec
• 2-3 dashes orange bitters
• bar spoon balsamic

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to mixing glass
• Add ice and stir for 20 seconds
• Strain into glass over ice
