Created by Mike Di Tota at Sweet Afton, this gin-forward cocktail combines London dry gin with fruity sloe gin and herbaceous blanc vermouth. Fresh lime juice adds bright acidity while a touch of cinnamon syrup brings subtle warmth to this complex, berry-tinged sipper with botanical depth.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 oz gin
- 2 oz sloe gin
- ¾ oz blanc vermouth
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled glass
