Non-Alc Noughty Pornstar
A riff on one of the most searched cocktails: The Pornstar Martini. It’s traditionally served with a sidecar of sparkling wine or Champagne as a palate cleanser. Made by our friend @zeroprooflove who for her zero proof version used a nonalcoholic coconut rum that pairs beautifully with passion fruit.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 2 oz nonalcoholic coconut rum
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 1 oz passion fruit juice
- ½ oz vanilla-cardamom syrup
- 2 oz chilled Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice and strain into a glass
- Serve with a sidecar of sparkling wine
