Oaxacan Dead


A smoky version of the tiki classic, Zombie cocktail. We love how aged tequila and aged rum go together.

Ingredients:

  • barspoon Real Grenadine
  • ¾ oz reposado tequila
  • ¾ oz aged Jamaican rum
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz falernum
  • ¼ oz grapefruit juice
  • ¼ oz cinnamon syrup
  • barspoon mezcal
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add a small amount of ice and shake until chilled
  • Strain over crushed ice into a chilled glass

Glass:

  • Highball, pilsner, or tiki mug

Garnish:

  • Grapefruit twist, cherry, and mint
