Oaxacan Swizzle

This swizzle was created by Subtle Tiki, and pairs mezcal with rum, along with the wonderful tropical flavors of pineapple and falernum. 

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz rum  
  • ½ oz mezcal 
  • ¼ oz velvet falernum 
  • ¾ oz lime juice 
  • aromatic bitters 

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a glass and fill with crushed ice ⅔ of the way up
    • Swizzle together, top with ice, and add bitters.
