This rich, warming swizzle showcases the distinctive character of Oaxacan rum with layers of coffee and chocolate depth. Sweet cinnamon spice balances tart lime brightness, while chocolate bitters add aromatic complexity, creating a tropical cocktail with desert-inspired warmth and bold, indulgent flavors.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 oz Oaxacan rum
- ½ oz coffee liqueur
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 3 dashes chocolate bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain over crushed ice
