A gin Old Fashioned that splits the base spirit into two distinct gin styles. Old tom style delivers a bready, sweet flavor, and the new-American style adds citrus and spice. 

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1 oz old tom gin (Anchor Distilling recommended)
  • 1 oz new-American style gin (Aviation recommended)
  • 3 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  • Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass
  • Garnish with a lemon twist
