A gin Old Fashioned that splits the base spirit into two distinct gin styles. Old tom style delivers a bready, sweet flavor, and the new-American style adds citrus and spice.
- ⅓ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 oz old tom gin (Anchor Distilling recommended)
- 1 oz new-American style gin (Aviation recommended)
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
