Orkney Chapel
A delicious scotch-based Manhattan riff from the Death & Co. cocktail book.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz scotch whisky
- ½ oz dry vermouth
- ¼ oz orange liqueur (Grand Marnier recommended)
- ¼ oz amontillado sherry
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with an orange twist
