Peach Highball

It's hard to go wrong with this refreshing highball! A classic combination of flavors this is an absolute crowd pleasure and great year round. 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
• 2 oz bourbon
• ½ oz lemon juice
  
• 4-5 mint leaves
• top with club soda

Instructions:

• Muddle syrup and mint leaves at the bottom of the shaker
• Add the rest of the ingredients except club soda to the cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 5-10 seconds
• Double strain into a highball glass with ice
• Top with club soda
