Peach Whiskey Smash

Peach adds a fruity twist to the classic whiskey smash. The finish is a sweet, tart, and juicy cocktail that tastes even better than it looks!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz curaçao
• 3 lemon wedges
• 4 or 5 mint leaves

Instructions:

• In a shaker tin, muddle the fruit and lemon wedges with the curaçao
  
• Add the mint leaves and the bourbon with ice
• Shake well and strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice
