Smoke Show

Peach, honey, and lemon are a hard to resist flavor pairing. The split base with bourbon and blended scotch adds a wonderful layer of complexity while keeping everything in balance.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
• 1 oz bourbon
• 1 oz peated scotch
• ½ oz honey syrup
  
• 1 oz lemon

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
  
• Shake hard for 10 seconds
  
• Strain into a rocks glass with ice
