A cocktail that’s a masterpiece in balance and complexity. This refined creation begins
with the smooth, rich flavors of Chiyomusubi Malt Whisky, lending a delicate yet bold
foundation. A barspoon of Demerara Gum Syrup introduces a hint of warm, caramel
sweetness with a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel, while tawny port adds depth with its
subtle fruitiness and earthy undertones.
Ingredients:
- barspoon Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 oz Chiyomusubi Malt Whisky
- ¼ oz tawny port
- 2 dashes cherry bark vanilla bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
with ice - Stir for 15 seconds and strain over a
large format ice cube - Garnish with a cherry
