Signal Fire pairs smoky mezcal with spicy Ancho Reyes and Japanese Yuzu Syrup to create a bold, layered cocktail showcasing citrus and lingering heat.

Ingredients:

    • ½ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
    • 1 ½ oz mezcal
    • ¼ oz Ancho Reyes
    • ½ oz fresh lime juice
    • pinch of salt

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a shaker
    • Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
    • Strain into a glass with ice
