Spanish Crusta

The Spanish Crusta is a dry, complex cocktail that is perfect to start an evening off.  It whets the appetite and has an air of sophistication thanks to the brandy de Jerez and maraschino liqueur.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
  • ½ oz brandy de Jerez
  • ½ oz dry curacao
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz maraschino liqueur

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker 
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass

Glass:

  • Nick & Nora

Garnish:

  • lemon twist
