Suzie Pomelo
A low ABV riff on a Paloma, utilizing the under appreciated pairing of Suze and grapefruit in a bubbly and bitter highball.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- ¾ oz Suze
- 3 drops saline solution
- 3 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all but soda to a shaker tin
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled a highball filled with ice
- Top with soda water
Glass:
- Highball
Garnish:
- Grapefruit half wheel
