Temptation

Think of a salted cherry flavor with a smooth round finish. Now think of a pairing that with a smoky mezcal. Tempted yet?

Ingredients:

• barspoon Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz mezcal
• ¼ oz cherry liqueur
  
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• 2 dashes mole bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass
• garnish with an orange twsit
