The Friendly Daiquiri
An original from Carolyn Sims, The Friendly Daiquiri is the perfect cocktail for the pineapple lover. Like most daiquiris, the recipe is simple enough, but it does require Plantation's Pineapple Rum.
Plantation's Pineapple Rum is made with the bark of Victoria pineapples infused in Plantation 3 Stars rum. Separately, the fruit of the pineapple is then infused in Plantation Original Dark rum. Once finished, both distillate and fruit infusion are then blended together. It's a wholly unique rum.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 2 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass

- mint leaf
