The Golden Gun
A delicious tiki cocktail that showcases a split rum base and stonefruit (this case apricot) liqueur. This is a beautiful drink that hits the spot across three seasons.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz aged rum
- ½ oz apricot liqueur
- ½ oz grapefruit juice
- ¾ oz lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain over ice into a highball glass

- grapefruit wedge, mint sprig
