The Highland Fig
This elegant Scottish-inspired cocktail balances smooth blended Scotch with bright lemon tartness and gentle honey. The fig syrup adds rich, jammy depth while the foam creates a luxurious texture, resulting in a sophisticated drink with Highland warmth and fruity complexity.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
- ½ oz honey syrup (2:1)
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ oz blended Scotch
- 3 drops Instafoam
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain over a large format ice cube
