The NOLA

Big boozy and stirred, with flavors completely designed around the ingredients of New Orleans.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz cognac
  • ½ oz chicory coffee-infused rye whiskey*
  • ¼ oz Benedictine
  • 2 dashes Creole bitters
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredient to a mixing glass filled with ice
  • Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice

    * For chicory coffee-infused rye whiskey, steep 1/2 oz of ground chicory coffee in 5 oz of rye whiskey for 8 hours at room temperature, shaking occasionally. Double strain through a mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth.
