Tradewinds Daiquiri

Chai spice and rum make a magical combination in this simple riff on the classic daiquiri. Just three ingredients, but the results are immensely complex and beautifully balanced.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Chai Spice Tea Syrup
• 1 ½ oz rum
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients in a shaker tin 
• Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe
