Sam Gabrielli's riff on the Knickerbocker. Big orange + raspberry flavors with nice sour-grain notes form the bourbon. We'd actually recommend a younger spirit here - something more tannic and less round.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz orange liqueur
  • 1 dash aromatic bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice

Glass:

  • rocks

Garnish:

  • raspberries + lemon wheel
