Whiskey Sour

Another icon. The whiskey sour shakes up lemon and gum syrup with your favorite whiskey.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 2 oz whiskey
• egg white (optional)

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe

Glass:

Garnish:

• maraschino cherry
• lemon twist
