Yellow Tambourine

This bold cocktail is both wonderfully unique and perfectly balanced. Rich, luxurious Pineapple Gum Syrup provides a bright and tropical foundation for the clean spice profile of the green chile vodka. Lightly herbaceous Yellow Chartreuse and clean, floral fresh lemon bridge the flavors perfectly!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
• 1 oz blanco tequila
• ½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add a little bit of crushed ice and whip shake
• Strain over crushed ice and top with additional crushed ice
