The result is a beautifully layered drink with tropical brightness balanced against warm spice and subtle bitterness, creating a complex profile that's equally refreshing and sophisticated.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 ½ oz dark rum
• ½ oz Aperol
• barspoon cardamom honey syrup
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain in a glass with a large format ice sphere
