Champagne Mai Tai
Make your Mai Tai sparkle! The bubbly lightens things up, and we'd suggest avoiding an overly aggressive rum here.
- Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Pour champagne into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice
- Strain shaken tin contents into the glass and stir
