Lemon Lavender Cordial, tequila, elderflower, and Peychaud's bitters create a complex and wonderful cocktail perfect for your summer night party!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
• 1 ½ oz blanco tequila
• ½ oz elderflower liqueur
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 3-4 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients except bitters in a shaker tin with ice
• Shake for 10 seconds or until shaker tin is ice cold
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice and top with Peychaud's bitters
