"A non-alc cocktail that looks as moody as winter but tastes like June." Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
  • 2 oz Seedlip Grove 42
  • 6-8 blackberries
  • 3-4 droppers All The Bitter Orange Bitters
  • ginger beer

Instructions:

  • Add syrup and blackberries to a shaker tin and gently muddle
  • Add ice, seedlip, and bitters and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain over ice and top with ginger beer
  • Stir to mix and garnish
