Blackberry 75

A deliciously sophisticated and simple cocktail. Sure to perfectly complement any celebration!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Marion Blackberry Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• top sparkling wine

Instructions:

• Add all except sparkling wine to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Double strain and top with sparkling wine
